Delivery Timeline

- Orders placed by 13:00 on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day, with delivery expected the next business day.
- Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the following business day.
Unforeseen Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or any other external factors beyond our control. In such cases, the client will be informed of any expected delay.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the client or if the client is unavailable to receive the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the client will be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with reshipping the package.
6. Return and Refund Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is:
- Unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error. Refunds will not include the original shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
